1. Q: What is
specific power? How to calculate? How much electricity bills can you save?

A: Specific power = Total actual input power (electric motor power + fan motor power +
other electric components power) / Total actual air capacity
The unit is kW/(m3/min),the saved electricity bills (kW·H) = Specific power difference * Total  actual air capacity * Time (Hr)

2. Q: Can Denair air compressor work at +50℃?

A: It is available for customization, with high temperature adaptable components.

3. Q: Can Denair air compressor work at -30℃?

A: It is available for customization, with preheat function.

4. Q: Which industries must use Oil Free air compressors?

A: DENAIR "TUV CLASS 0" Oil Free Air Compressor is popularly used in industries below:

    a. Food & Pharmaceutical Industry

    b. Precision Electronics Industry

    c. Oil & Gas Industry

    d. Chemical Industry

    e. Air Separation Industry

    f. Steel Industry

5. Q: What is (pressure) dew point? How to choose suitable compressed air treatment equipment?

A: The dew point is the temperature to which air must be cooled to become saturated with water vapor. When further cooled, the airborne water vapor will condense to form liquid water (dew).

For the air dryer and line filter, in order to prevent the residual water vapor of compressed air from freezing in the pipeline, the pressure dew point must be lower than the Min. ambient temperature.

The treatment capacity (Nm3/min) should be more than (generally 1.2 times) air capacity of air compressor, the working pressure should be equivalent to the Max. working pressure of air compressor.

For the air receiver tank, the suitable volume should be 1/10-1/5 or bigger if possible, the tank pressure should be equivalent or a little bigger than the Max. working pressure of air compressor.
